In 2003, Chef Nicholas LoBianco and wife Stephanie opened Cafe LoBianco. The first of many successful LoBianco Restaurants in the South Jersey Region. The LoBianco's established a reputation for excellent food and personal service throughout several restaurants, including Cafe LoBianco, LoBianco New American Cuisine in Collingswood and Margate NJ, Salt Ayre Bistro & Stella in Ventnor NJ.
