City of Ventnor to Hold Group Wedding and Vow Renewal Ceremony

Registration is now open for the City of Ventnor’s Group Wedding and Vow Renewal Ceremony, to be held during the “Celebration of Love” Block Party event on Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. Couples will be united in marriage during a single ceremony performed by the Honorable Beth Holtzman, Mayor of Ventnor City.

A second group ceremony will be performed by Mayor Holtzman for married couples who wish to celebrate their years together and renew their wedding vows.

All couples will receive a certificate commemorating the special day.

Group Wedding Participation

To participate in the Group Wedding Ceremony, couples must obtain a valid marriage license. Marriage license applications can be obtained at the Ventnor Clerks office.

Couples must also pre-register by sending an email to VentnorEvents@gmail.com containing names, contact information, and number of guests attending. Registration emails must be received by April 21.

Group Vow Renewal Participation

To participate in the Group Wedding Vow Renewal Ceremony, Couples must also pre-register by sending an email to VentnorEvents@gmail.com containing names, contact information, and number of guests attending. Registration emails must be received by April 21.

There is a fee for couples participating to Mayor Holtzman. Registration emails must be received by April 21.

Only ten (10) couples for the group wedding and ten (10) couples for the vow renewal will be accepted for the event.
