Memorial Day Services Scheduled for Monday, May 31

The Greater Absecon Island VFW Post 215 will hold Memorial Day services Monday, May 31.

A service for Veterans and Police will be held at 9:30 a.m., at Ventnor City Hall outside of the Cambridge Avenue entrance by the flagpole.

This will be followed by the main service at VFW Post 215 located at 601 N. Dorset Avenue at 11 a.m. The service will be a full program with a vocalist and guest speaker Thomas Klein, a Past Commander and Vietnam Veteran. Buddy poppies will be distributed and light refreshments will be provided.
