Now Hiring Full-Time Laborer for Public Works Department

The City of Ventnor is seeking a full-time Laborer 1 to join its Public Works Department.

Under supervision, performs varied types of manual and unskilled laboring work, and may drive a truck in connection with laboring work on occasion; does other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey.
• Appointees will be required to obtain a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and applicable endorsements for the class and type of vehicle being operated at the Department of Public Works.
• Applicants will be required to obtain their CDL in accordance with Teamsters contract.
• Applicants will be required to complete a physical along with drug testing.
