Affordable Housing Resolution

At the January 23,2025 Ventnor City Commission meeting, the governing body approved Resolution 2025-070 formalizing Governor Murphy's Amendment to the Fair Housing Act. The DCA calculation was approved committing to the fair share of units present needs and prospective needs. See the attached resolution formalizing this action.
